Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Pink Petal Scoops we have a shop full of fun and trendy girly items. Each item is assigned a colored bead. The beads are then scooped into a dish which represents the items you will receive in your mystery scoop box order. All scoops are guaranteed to have a minimum of 17 items.

  • The fun thing about a scoop shop is the surprises you get when your box arrives. However, if there are certain items you are hoping to get, any specific color choices you love, please let us know when you order and we will do our best to accommodate when we can. We cannot make any guarantees to fulfill these requests, but we will do our best.

  • Once you place your order there will be a place for you to fill out any order notes. This is the area where you can specify any dislikes you may have. EX. no hair scrunchies, or no scented items, or no duplicates.

  • Once your order is placed please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped through USPS you will receive a tracking number and should expect delivery anywhere from 3-6 days depending on your location. All packages are shipping from the North East. We currently only ship to the continental US.

  • We have a wide range of items which will and can change based on availability. Items we carry are: Pens, hair accessories, costume jewelry, skin care items, lip products, fidgets, stickers, keychains, candles, bookmarks, stationary items, journals, makeup brushes, makeup sponges, coin purses, fuzzy socks, notebooks, pimple patches etc. Inventory will be changing so stay tuned for new products in the shop

  • ALL Sales are FINAL due to the nature of our products. We do NOT offer any returns or exchanges. If your item does arrive damaged, please e-mail me within 48 hours with photos and we can make it right for you. Pink Petal Scoops is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package leaves our hands. When purchasing, you agree to these terms.
