What exactly is a scoop?

At Pink Petal Scoops we have a shop full of fun and trendy girly items. Each item is assigned a colored bead. The beads are then scooped into a dish which represents the items you will receive in your mystery scoop box order. All scoops are guaranteed to have a minimum of 19 items.
Can I select items from your shop? What if I don’t want a certain item?

The fun thing about a scoop shop is the surprises you get when your box arrives. However if there are certain items you are hoping to get, any specific color choices you love, let us know when you order and we will do our best to accommodate when we can, but we can’t make any guarantees. Likewise, if there are any items you DO NOT want to receive please list that in your order. EX. NO dupicates, or NO hair clips.
What items do you have in your shop?

We have a wide range of items which will and can change based on availability. Items we carry are: Pens, hair accessories, costume jewelry, skin care items, lip products, fidgets, stickers, keychains, candles, bookmarks, stationary items, journals, makeup brushes, makeup sponges etc.
What is your return policy?

ALL Sales are FINAL due to the nature of our products. We do NOT offer any returns or exchanges. If your item does arrive damaged, please e-mail me within 48 hours with photos and we can make it right for you. Pink Petal Scoops is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package leaves our hands. When purchasing, you agree to these terms.
